My name is Anna and I live in North Idaho with my husband and 2 young children.  I taught in  preschools straight out of my first stint in college in a nearby state and had a wonderful experience in a NAEYC-accredited child development center and in a Montessori school where I was engaged in a wonderful Montessori training program and my eldest child (now 23y) attended preschool programs. I went on to return to school and earn my BA in Special Education and my MA in Reading Instruction and taught first grade in a public school for 6 years.  With my first child from a previous marriage already raised, my husband and I decided to have 2 children of our own.  And I find my interest in all things early-childhood peaks again.

While staying home to raise my 2 young children, I have also taken on the daycare needs of 2 other great children.  The mixed-aged combination of these 4 children is wonderful!  There are so many learning experiences every day. I look forward to sharing some of them with you.

Thanks so much for leaving a comment. It soooooooooooooo encouraged me. I was in a bit of a funk with my blog and needed encouragement on anything I had written this week! I loved reading your story about you–and how God has lead you down a path towards natural medicine. We are on a similar journey. Way cool! Thanks again and God bless!
